Finances as they should be

Helios 2.45 release notes — September 13, 2019

Enhancements

  • Users have the ability to control their transaction rules, so they can decide if transactions from a specific business should all be organized under the same category, i.e., all Planet Fitness charges should be categorized as “Health & Fitness.” Before, users could update a transaction's payee name and category, either of which would prompt a change across all other transactions for that payee. Now in settings, there is a row for transaction rules.

  • For BECU users, Zelle enrollment adheres to the new Early Warning Services required changes, so the user interface meets user experience guidelines from Fiserv and EWS. The user interface redesign includes updates to determining enrollment status, a revised welcome page, revised terms and conditions and Telephone Consumer Protection Act screens, and changes to selecting and verifying tokens, selecting a primary account, and verifying tokens via Activity.

  • Users on iOS will be able to use the device’s autocomplete function within the Helios app when completing multi-factor authentication, instead of having to leave the app to view a code in, for example, an email or text message. The iOS device will offer a single-tap entry at the top of the keyboard for the whole code.

  • America First Credit Union users can see deals they can get at businesses, within the app. The deals section includes a summary of their savings, new deals, nearby deals, recommended deals, and redeemed deals. Users will also have the ability to opt out of deals.

  • Financial institutions can prompt users to select an option in the multi-factor authentication flow. For example, if a user has multiple contact methods, there can be a prompt to ask whether the user would like a code to be sent via email or SMS. Financial institutions can choose the questions and options a user sees.

Fixes

  • The revert-date function in transactions and payment schedules is back to working as expected.

  • There is improved accuracy for accessibility readouts.
